She has a very pretty staff that is completely pink (...she really likes that color). It's perhaps two feet long, the width of a penny, and very shiny. Upon it's top is a ruby heart. This heart lacks any detail, but-and this is really the best part-it blinks. Yes, her staff has this little heart knob on it and all it does is blink. It appears in a burst of pink sparkles and all it does to ward off all the evils of this world is... blink and look nice. She can hit things with it, but this does nothing as well.
It might be a nice distraction... Pinky-Su finds herself utterly mesmerized with the blinking top (she really wonders how it does that).
Abilities
Tickle Me Pink! Who knew that underneath all of that wonderful happiness there resided a darker side? Pinky is, a matter-of-fact, a world-class tickler. Oh yes, who knows when the fair maiden will strike? Her skilled slender fingers can tickle anyone and she's yet to meet a challenge. This demented girl will torture all who fail to smile. But don't worry: she uses it only in the worst cases.
Think Pink. In splendor of sparkles Su can conjure up a mesmerizing shower of pink. Yes, all she does is ball up her hands and then toss up her hidden stash and there appear pink sparkles! They cover a 5-foot radius and do absolutely nothing. Pinky remarks that they are very pretty and, if she really had to, they might be a nice (and very shiny) distraction.
Pretty in Pink. Pinky-Su can change her wardrobe with a snap of her fingers. Yes, that's all she does: snaps her fingers and a puff of thick (pink) smoke covers her and once it departs there she stands in a new outfit. It's very handy when getting ready for the day.
Appearance
Yes, Pinky has-surprise!-pink hair. It's her "bestest" feature. With her perfectly straight hair, which flows to her hips, it's hard to miss her. She wears her bangs clipped to the side and so one can stare straight into the purple depths known as her eyes. It's the perfect match: pink hair and purple eyes. Who would have guessed?
Pinky-Su loves her hair, and though others do not easily accept it at times, has never thought about dying it a "normal" color. Pinky favors the color pink (again, what a surprise) and so applies it wherever she can. She puts sparkly pink eye shadow above her eyelashes that are coated with mascara and applies bright pink lip-gloss with pride. Her cheeks have a thin layer of blush upon their pale surface and she even finds reason to dot some on her nose. And how could she forget to polish her nails in that lovely pink? Yet, in a strange way, she resembles a little porcelain doll with her overabundance of pink.
Like a doll, her build is small and petite. She looks smaller than she really is and some think she's much younger. The assumption that she's thirteen often pops up in one's head. It's an easy mistake to make as she does lack any womanly features. Pinky resembles a little girl quite a bit and so she is never offended when others think this. While she's a very pretty young lady, she never strikes others as a mature young woman. This might have something to do with her bubbly personality.
As for her clothing, it varies quite a bit. She has an ability to change her clothing in an instant and usually does. She may clad herself in a dark ripped shirt, with webbed leggings, and a black miniskirt (giving her a certain dark look) or she may choose to go around in a light sweater with beige pants and pretty brown shoes. It all depends on what she feels like wearing that day. And with Pinky... it's hard to predict what she's going to do next.
Personality
Pinky is certainly... unique. Actually, Su is quite the character as she's misunderstood and a little... creepy.
Equipped with a stalker's mentality Pinky showers the world in oodles of happiness and fun. Of course, she does tend to stalk people and follow them. However, Pinky insists she's not stalking others-rather she is following them and making sure she is part of their life twenty-four hours of the day. Certainly this doesn't qualify as stalking!
While Su does follow others she really just loves to be social. Yet, with her eccentric personality she does not come by friends easily. She's horrifically happy and sees the world as a great big ball of sunshine! Her optimism is scary and she sees faults in no one. All she sees is the greatness of everything and fears nothing as well. This, of course, puts her in the path of danger, but she would never refer to it as that: it's the path of wonderfulness. She's sees the "wonderfulness" in people and believes vehemently that everyone is good! She might be staring evil in the face, but she'd just call it a "sad widdle person who needs lotsa more love".
She may be outgoing and wish only to make others happy, but the way she goes about it is rather scary. Her strategy is simple: wait around for someone sad to come and follow him or her until she makes them happy. That's her purpose in life: to makes others happy. She does her "job" with pride, but all she ever ends up doing is making a fool out of herself or annoying the victim. Yet, her intentions are always good, even if others do not see them that way. Loyal and honest, she's a great friend to have... if you can get over the stalking and strangeness of the one and only Pinky-Su.
History
Pinky-Su is your average dream: born from the soul of a fallen soldier and reincarnated to take many forms over the years. However, when Pinky “woke”, her story truly began.
Pinky was “born” in Imeda City. Or, at least, that is where her first memory lies. Her life began the moment her purple eyes locked upon a skyscraper lingering in the distance. From there, the Dream looked for a human partner. Which, in a City where mostly humans dwell, it was not very hard.
Thus, she ran into a little girl named Marie. The two were made for each other it would seem. The moment Mrs. Pinky-Su accidentally bumped into her they were best friends. Pinky was amazed and she loved Marie to death. It wasn’t long until Pinky was following Marie everywhere. She was practically part of the family! Marie was only eight, and very ill, so her parents adored the fact that Marie had a friend and guardian. Pinky-Su and Marie did everything together. They played endlessly, even when Marie was captivated in the hospital. Pinky even lingered by her side whilst the girl slept in that empty white room.
No one knew exactly what Marie had. Though the doctors tried persistently to name and cure her ailment it was to no avail. Marie went on being tortured by her illness. At times the little girl would be well and healthy and then her mysterious sickness would strike and make her bedridden. Pinky-Su could do nothing more than try to soothe her dying friend.
By the time Marie was nine she hardly wandered from her bed. The girl was confined to the hospital due to her illness, but Pinky did not mind. She had only been “alive” for a year now and thus the Dream knew very little about the outside world. The hospital and Marie were the only things she truly knew about. Even Nightmares were a mystery to her.
Marie died in the wake of her tenth birthday. Pinky-Su did not know of this. Rather the pink-haired girl thought the doctors were taking her back home when they were removing her corpse from the room. Pinky-Su could not comprehend why Marie’s parents were crying so or why they insisted she not watch the doctors take Marie away. Pinky thought the day was a good one: Marie was finally going home again! She was going to “a better place” like the doctors kept saying. Pinky-Su couldn’t wait to meet her there!
However, things did not play out as the Dream would have liked. Rather than go straight to Marie’s house, the little girl’s parents stopped their hovercraft in the middle of the city and demanded Pinky get out. Pinky-Su obliged and rushed from the craft quickly. Marie’s parents insisted that the girl was gone and was never coming back and so Pinky-Su should find a new home. With that they left the Dream there all alone.
Yet, Pinky-Su merely laughed at their words. She insisted that Marie had run away from home and that the little girl was somewhere among the bustling world of Nikodem.
So, Pinky left to look for her fallen friend.
She now searches for Marie whilst looking for a new human companion to help her. Oblivious to the dangers that await her, Pinky faces Nikodem with a smile on her face.
