Weapon
Aphotic Flower. An old fashioned firearm crafted with its name engraved on the side of the gun. It is a treasure passed down to Akira so you can obviously tell by its polished exterior that it is well taken cared of. Don’t be thrown off by its ancient appearance because age doesn’t count for its fire, for it still shoots beautifully.
Abilities
None.
Appearance
Akira's appearance. At first glance, you could easily mistaken Akira for a vampire due to his lack of color. His skin complexion obviously shows signs that he isn’t best friends with the sun for his skin is white as snow. Another trait that gets him mistaken for a Nosferatu would have to be his slim slender figure given off due to his height. He is relatively tall for his age being at a five foot, seven inches. Not that it could be counted against him on his looks. He is a very attractive young lad with sparkling blue eyes with a soft but intense expression on his face that could melt any girl’s heart. His hair color is silver but most of the time it looks snow white at a far away glance. His hairstyle is pretty much straight with bangs that fall down his face and shape his head. His silver stream for hair goes down to his shoulders and tends to appear silky soft despite the fact that he barely takes care of it. His attire consists of black long-sleeved shirt, baggy faded jeans with tears that show off his knees, and black tennis shoes. A military tag hangs around his neck by a chain connected to make a necklace. The only surviving memento of his late father.
Personality
Throughout the many conflicts that Akira has suffered through, his heart continues to be as cold as ice. Though he is cold at first glance, his heart is easily melted by any stranger. He is very sensitive about revealing himself towards strangers due to a strange fear he endures each time he meets new people. Once the ice is melted, there lies a utopian garden. He is easily amused and very kind hearted despite his frosty appearance. Akira always enjoys the company people despite his cold nature.
Another trait of Akira is his passionate love for the piano which is probably the only talent he has that doesn’t involve killing. Akira has always wished to be apart of music rather then destruction for as long as he could remember. When you’ve gained his trust, he’ll stick by you’re side no matter what, his loyalties knows no boundaries. Akira is a very caring young man was well. He will not just stand on by while someone’s on the brink of breaking down.
A little shy in most occasions, he sort of stumbles with his speech but nonetheless, he holds a great deal of respect and dignity in his voice. Refined as his style of speaking, he’s quite the gentleman and shall give the same amount of respect to those who show respect back to him. He’s got a bad habit of keeping an intense look in his face, constantly going for the more serious matters that held more importance than to be playing around.
He wouldn’t turn his back on his friends or even consider betraying those he cares about. He’ll go to certain lengths to keep the ones he cares about out of harm. Loyal and devoted protector, he wouldn’t consider anything out of the other to make sure that he doesn’t harm anyone. A best friend to keep but an enemy to watch out for. A very vengeful guy when you’ve pulled his strings far enough that they’ll snap on you.
History
His past was nothing more then a missing puzzle piece. Whilst every other piece of him was together in the big picture that one little piece that held all of his memories vanished from his grasp. Akira lost his memories from a severe concussion. He woke up one early afternoon within the home of an old couple.
They told him they found him residing on the barren coast of Viggo after a disaster hit a boat coming into the bay of the island. His body drifted luckily over to the beach without harm but unfortunately, Akira was the only survivor that the couple found. So from there on out, Akira took residence in Viggo for two years. It wasn’t the best living place due to the charred ruins that surrounded his very being but with the love and care that the couple provided for him, he made progress to recovering his memories back.
The first two weeks of residing with them, he began to remember his name and where he originally came from. He remembered that he came from a military family in Imeda City, but his father was always moved around in positions that they traveled for quite a long time. Every time they moved into one town, they only stayed for like half a year before Akira was moving into another town. He never really had enough time to make any friends or neighbors thus turning Akira into a shy boy growing up. He was the silent little boy wishing to socialize with other children but never had the courage to get up and talk to people.
To make up for his unsociable approach, he discovered music and began taking lessons to play the piano. The peace the piano brought for the young growing lad turned into happiness but that happiness was just a fleeting feeling that came and went. His parents disapproved of his piano playing preferring him to grow up as a military dog. It had been an uphill struggle balancing his life around from his love for music and meeting his parent’s expectations. He wasn’t exactly army approval being that he always came out last place when it came to training and battle. He was a slow runner so he possessed no speed whatsoever and he wasn’t strategically talented to operate battle tactics. Though when it came to long range weapons or firearms, he’s got around better then most trainees.
When it came to music though, he excelled faster then a speeding bullet. He could play one song from another without fail. Each one of his performances with piano playing was phenomenal. His parents though weren’t too pleased with this situation and decided to act before it got out of hand. So by the time he reached the age of enlistment, Akira’s parents weren’t hesitant to put him in the military. That’s where his life went into major hell. He never saw the sight of a piano for the next five years. Day in and day out it was nothing but training, training, and more training. His hopes were soon turned into hard labor to meet requirements, public humiliations to strip him of any dignity he had whatsoever with his once fiery passion for music.
His mind was converted into a killing machine. His body was nothing more then a shield to protect what human life there was for this world. Even if it was a futile attempt, the military still wanted to keep their race alive. One of their missions involved a sort of project for a restoration of Viggo Island. That was when everything started to blur out of his memories. The old couple told him that a disaster happened while the ship was attempting to enter the bay until eventually, something exploded. Parts flew off of the ship whilst the main body sank into the ocean. He was the only person they found alive but his military life was over.
He knew from there on that he couldn’t stay forever on the island so by the time he reached eighteen; the old couple departed him off from a leaving vassal that was still running smoothly and brought him back to Imeda, where his adventures as a lone vagrant starts. As a parting gift, they gave him a weapon, an old fashioned firearm that would protect him in the long run. It wouldn’t be long before Akira would be exposed to the truth to Dreams, Nightmares, and the world he was about to enter into.
